The Service

Bromoney is an online financial marketplace that connects borrowers with independent lenders and partners in our marketplace. Bromoney is not a lender, does not take loan applications, and does not determine loan approval, rates, or terms. All credit decisions are made independently by the lenders. We do not charge you any fee for the Service.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

Violations can result in suspension of your access.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Money Broker LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

Bromoney will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, which, for most users, is $0.

By using Bromoney, you agree to receive all disclosures, agreements, and notices (collectively, "Documents") electronically, via email, or through links on our website. 2. Legal Effect. You agree that your electronic signature, or your act of clicking a button to submit information, has the same legal force and effect as a physical signature in ink. **3. Hardware and Software Requirements. ** To access and retain Documents, you must have a device with internet access, an active email account, and software capable of viewing PDF files. 4. Withdrawing Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Documents at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing consent may result in the termination of your access to the Service. **5. Accuracy of Contact Info. ** You are responsible for keeping your email address current. Any Document sent to the email on file will be deemed delivered even if returned as undeliverable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
