Marquette Bank is offering a free $75 promotional bonus for opening their Totally Free Checking. You get a $25 gift card just for opening your account and a $50 gift card is given out if you sign up for online statements, sign up for online bill pay, or sign up for direct deposit.
You can apply for a checking account over the phone, but if you don’t live in the Chicago area the account must be approved by a manager. The application also results in a hard credit pull.

2.25% APY $10,000 – $24,999

2.75% APY $50,000 – $99,999
3% APY $100,000 and more
You must also have a checking account with Marquette to get these rates but you can’t get the promotional $75 and the promotional money market rates as well. It’s one or the other.
